Water Washing Tank

Operating Principle

Once the water washing tank is connected to a water source, a well-designed water flow ensures that water flows through the tank at an appropriate flow rate and pressure. Furthermore, the tank is often equipped with auxiliary devices, such as agitators. These agitators ensure a more even distribution of water across the objects, avoiding blind spots and improving cleaning results. Furthermore, parameters such as the water level and flow rate within the washing tank can be adjusted to achieve optimal cleaning results based on specific cleaning requirements.

Typical System Structure and Accessories

Tank: Tower body made of PPH or other corrosion-resistant materials.

Packing Layer: Provides a large gas-liquid contact surface (for packed towers).

Spray System: Includes spray pumps, piping, and nozzles to ensure uniform distribution of the washing liquid.

Defogger Layer: Located at the top, used to remove liquid droplets entrained in the purified gas; commonly uses wire mesh demisters or baffle demisters.

Circulating Water Tank/Storage Section: Located at the bottom of the tank, stores and circulates the washing liquid.

Air Inlet and Outlet.

Observation Window/Manhole: Used for observing the internal condition and maintenance.

pH Meter/Level Gauge: Monitors the washing liquid status, automatically adding or discharging chemicals.
