Production Process
1. PPH spiral wound storage tank Body Butt Welding: Wrap-around Wrapping
Tanker body butt welding involves using a fully automatic plastic paneling machine to form the tank body from polypropylene sheets. The system is microcomputer-controlled and automatically joins the sheets together based on the heating and melting principle of the polypropylene sheets. Advantages of PPH seamless wrapping tank butt welding:

2. External Welding
External welding uses imported automatic extrusion welding equipment to create large welds in stressed areas of the tank in a single process. New polypropylene granules with the same properties as the tank body are heat-fused to the large welds, forming a single unit with the tank bottom and body.
Bottom Welding Process Features:

◆ Weld specifications can be designed based on the stress characteristics of the product, fully maximizing the weld integrity.

3. Tape Wrapping
Tape wrapping is a key process using butt-welding tape wrapping technology, primarily intended to increase the strength of polypropylene tanks.
Internal Welding Process Features:

◆ The number of tape layers can be designed based on the product's stress tolerance, resulting in a thinner top and thicker bottom

4. Nozzle Installation
Nozzle installation is a process equivalent to a scaled-down version of bottom welding. An imported small automatic extrusion welding unit is used to weld the pipe and flange together. A hole cutter is then used to create the corresponding opening in the vessel body. German MUNSCH portable extrusion welding is used.
