Push-Pull Pickling Tank Structure
Push-pull pickling tanks primarily utilize catalysts to modify reaction conditions, enabling the removal of organic matter at low temperatures. The gas-solid catalytic reaction occurring within a push-pull pickling tank is essentially a deep oxidation reaction involving active oxygen.
A push-pull pickling tank typically consists of a filter, heat exchanger, preheating chamber, thermal resistor, catalyst bed, and explosion arrester. The electronic control system includes a PLC controller, text display, variable frequency drive, igniter, UV sensor, thermocouple, and other electronic control devices. It also includes a fan and a zero-pressure valve for adjusting the gas-to-air ratio.
Dry filter: This includes the main unit, filter, and filter pads. The function of a dry filter: During the painting process, a small amount of paint is carried away by the exhaust gas and condensed by the cool air, forming paint mist and dust. This exhaust gas directly enters the activated carbon for adsorption, which can clog the activated carbon's pores and deactivate them. Therefore, the exhaust gas must be filtered before entering the subsequent adsorption stage.
Push-Pull Pickling Tank System:
Includes the adsorption tank, activated carbon, external valves, and a blower motor.
Pull-Pull Pickling Tank Regeneration System: Includes the electric preheating chamber, catalytic combustion chamber, heat exchange chamber, connecting pipes, external valves, electric heating tubes, and a blower motor.
Electrical Control System: Includes the PLC electric heating cabinet, touch screen, external valves, and electrical wiring.
Ventilation Duct System: Includes all connecting pipes and valves.
Application areas
Primarily used in the production of cold-rolled strip steel, automotive parts, and construction steel, providing a clean surface for subsequent cold rolling, galvanizing, and other processes.
