Manufacturing Process

Sheet Metal CNC Cutting: Large PPH sheets are precisely cut according to design dimensions.
Thermoforming: The corners requiring curves are heated and bent.
Welding (Core Process):
The "automatic extrusion fusion welding" process is used. PPH welding rods are heated and melted using a special hot-air welding gun, simultaneously melting the base material, ensuring complete fusion of the materials in the weld area.
All welds (butt welds, fillet welds) must be full, uniform, and free of defects. Welding quality is critical to the tank's strength and leak-proof performance.
Reinforcement Welding and Accessory Installation: External reinforcing ribs are welded, and internal tie rods, flanges, manholes, and other accessories are installed.
