We adopt PPH, PVDF and PE anti‑corrosion materials for bath and tank components.
It is a dedicated metal surface pretreatment production line.
It forms uniform phosphate conversion coating on carbon steel pipe inner and outer walls.
It removes rust, oil and oxide layer from pipe surface.
The line matches our self‑produced anti‑corrosion tanks and piping parts.
It reduces acid medium leakage risk during continuous production.
Working Principle
Inner‑outer surface steel pipe pickling and phosphating line completes full pretreatment by sequential process stations.
Steel pipes are transported station by station through roller conveyor.
Inner spray lance inserts into pipe cavity for 360° inner wall spraying.
Outer surface gets immersion or spray treatment at the same time.
Degreasing, pickling, rinsing and phosphating steps run in sequence.
Clean phosphate film generates on pipe surface after liquid reaction.
Waste liquid flows into collecting tank for centralized recovery and disposal.
Main Structure Features
We build Custom steel pipe pickling and phosphating line according to customer site layout.
Core components include inner wall spray system, roller conveying system, process tanks and spray cabins.
Roller surface is covered with acid‑resistant rubber.
Rollers drive steel pipe slow rotation.
Slow rotation avoids liquid staying inside pipe cavity.
Process tanks are welded from PPH sheet, strong acid‑resistant performance.
Sealed spray cabin reduces acid mist overflow.
Reserved interfaces connect with waste liquid collection and exhaust treatment devices.
