Working Principle
Driven by the circulation pump, the acid enters the filter housing. As it passes through the pores of the filter element, solid impurities are intercepted on the element surface (surface filtration) or in the internal pores (depth filtration). The purified acid flows back to the pickling tank or process end through the outlet. When impurities accumulate and cause the inlet and outlet pressure difference to reach a set value, impurities are removed through manual drainage or automatic backwashing, restoring filtration performance.
