Basket Type Filter

Basket type filters are used in oil or other liquid pipelines to filter out impurities. The filter pore area is 2-3 times larger than the pipe diameter, far exceeding the filtration area of Y-type and T-type filters. It boasts a high level of precision among filters, and its screen structure differs from other filters; it is named a basket-shaped filter.
Basket type filters remove solid particles from fluids, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment, and achieving stable process flow.

Working Principle

During pipeline installation, other impurities may be introduced into the pipeline, and raw materials may also contain impurities. As the liquid passes through the filter, these impurities are collected in the filter screen. When a certain level is reached, the cover can be opened to clean the filter screen.
