PPH Graphite Heat Exchanger

PPH graphite heat exchangers typically consist of numerous tiny graphite tubes arranged parallel to each other, forming a complex mesh structure. This structure not only provides excellent fluid distribution, ensuring uniform fluid distribution within the heat exchanger and maximizing heat conduction, but also enables efficient heat transfer between the two fluids. The gaps between the graphite tubes and the convective heat transfer process between the internal and external fluids allow heat to be conducted from the heat source fluid to the graphite tube walls, and then transferred through the graphite tube walls to the cooling medium fluid, completing the heat transfer process.

The graphite-modified polypropylene shell-and-tube heat exchanger (PPh graphite heat exchanger) is characterized by good corrosion resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, low scaling, good machinability, and low density and light weight. Due to the use of graphite materials, this heat exchanger has the following specific advantages:
