Working Principle
Gas-Liquid Contact: Gas is introduced into the absorber, forming a thin film through the spray plate or pipe. The gas phase contacts the liquid phase on the film surface, initiating the mass transfer process.
Substance Absorption: Volatile components in the gas phase are absorbed by the liquid phase during the contact process and gradually separate as the film descends, completing gas-liquid separation.
Mass Transfer Efficiency: The falling film absorber achieves optimal mass transfer efficiency and improves absorption by adjusting parameters such as the gas inlet velocity, liquid flow rate, and temperature.

Product Structure
1. Absorption Tower The absorption tower is the main body of the entire device, containing packing or spray plates to form a uniform thin film of liquid phase.
2. Liquid Phase Circulation System: The liquid phase is injected into the top of the absorber through the circulation system, forming a thin film that circulates within the tower, absorbing gas components.
3. Gas Phase Inlet: The gas phase enters the absorber through the inlet, passes through the thin film liquid phase, and is discharged at the top as absorbed components.
4. Control System: The control system includes monitoring sensors, valves, and regulating devices for real-time monitoring and adjustment of the absorber's operating parameters, ensuring stable operation.
