Working Principle
The high-pressure washing tank uses a high-pressure pump to pressurize water, which is then ejected at high speed through nozzles, forming a water jet with strong impact and shearing force. This effectively removes dirt, rust, grease, and other impurities from the surface of objects.

Structural Components
- Tank Body: Used to contain the cleaning water and the objects to be cleaned. It is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel. High-pressure washing tanks used in food processing often use food-grade stainless steel.
- High-Pressure Pump: This is the key component that provides the high-pressure water flow. Its power depends on the specifications of the washing tank and the cleaning requirements. For example, the power of a high-pressure washing tank used on construction sites is generally 5.5kw or 7.5kw.
- Nozzles: Installed inside the tank body or on specific spray pipes, their shape and angle are optimized to ensure that the high-pressure water flow evenly covers the surface of the objects to be cleaned.
- Water Circulation System: Includes components such as filters and circulation pumps, which can filter and recycle the cleaning water, saving water resources. Some high-pressure washing tanks are also equipped with heating devices, which can heat the cleaning water as needed to improve the cleaning effect.
