Working Principle
Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct. Passing through the packing layer, the waste gas undergoes a thorough gas-liquid two-phase contact absorption and neutralization reaction with the sodium hydroxide absorbent. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated and demisted by a demister plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top, then returned to the bottom for recycling. The purified acid mist waste gas meets emission standards.

Routine Maintenance
