Strong Material Compatibility: Based on raw materials, it can be divided into PP-R direct, PP-H direct, and FRPP direct types, each compatible with corresponding PP pipe materials, ensuring consistent temperature and corrosion resistance after connection.
Strong Connection and Excellent Sealing: The mainstream connection method is heat fusion socket connection. By heating the inner wall of the fitting and the outer wall of the pipe, the materials melt and fuse together, resulting in a leak-free seal, suitable for pressure pipelines; threaded connections can also be used for small diameter specifications, suitable for low-pressure conditions.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to corrosion from weak acids, weak alkalis, salt solutions, and most organic solvents, it does not scale or rust, and can be used for transporting media such as chemical fluids, municipal sewage, and drinking water.
Lightweight and Easy to Install: Lightweight, requiring no heavy tools, heat fusion can be completed manually, resulting in high construction efficiency; compact size, small footprint, suitable for narrow installation environments.
High Cost-Effectiveness: Low production cost, long service life (up to 50 years under rated operating conditions), and low maintenance costs.
