We produce PPH, PVDF, PE pipes, fittings and all kinds of anti-corrosion equipment.This custom PPH plating tank is fabricated from virgin PPH homopolymer polypropylene sheets.The tank body is insulated and will not contaminate plating solution.It fits continuous metal surface treatment production.We have our own welding workshop, support drawing-based fabrication.
Working Principle
High temperature resistant PPH plating tank works as the holding vessel for electrolyte.Plating liquid fills the tank. Workpiece and anode connect to power supply separately.Electric current flows through solution and forms metal coating on parts.PPH material resists corrosion from common plating chemicals and keeps bath clean.The tank body serves solely as a container and does not participate in the electrochemical reaction.
Tank Structure
Acid alkali resistant PPH plating tank adopts rectangular fully welded construction.Hot melt butt welding makes seamless joints and reduces liquid leakage risk.External carbon steel support frame strengthens tank rigidity.We can pre-make ports for vent, overflow, drain and heating sleeve.Fume hood can be installed on top to collect plating waste gas.
Technical Specs
Rectangular PPH plating tank is fully customizable in dimensions.Standard sheet thickness ranges from 10mm to 25mm, calculated by tank height and liquid density.Working temperature range 0–90℃, suitable for nickel, zinc, chrome hot plating bath. We can manufacture units with volumes ranging from several hundred liters to tens of thousands of liters..Optional accessories: PP valves, flanges and baffles.
Application
PPH plating tank for electroplating line works with manual, semi-auto and automatic plating lines.It applies to copper, nickel, zinc, chrome plating, anodizing, passivation and pickling.Suitable for hardware, fasteners, auto parts and electronic connector industries.It can also be used as rinse tank, chemical storage tank or electrolysis tank.Compared with PVC tank, it lasts longer under high temperature conditions.
