Product Features
Strong Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to most acids and alkalis, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid (≤90%), and NaOH/KOH (≤50%), as well as common organic solvents. Not suitable for aromatic compounds, ketones, or strong oxidizing media (such as concentrated nitric acid and sodium hypochlorite).
Temperature and Mechanical Properties: Long-term operating temperature -20℃~100℃, short-term withstand 120℃; superior creep resistance compared to ordinary PP, less prone to deformation under high temperature and pressure, and higher mechanical strength.
Lightweight and Easy to Install: With a density of approximately 0.91g/cm³, only 1/8 that of steel, the lightweight fan casing and impeller allow for ceiling/wall mounting. Good weldability and adaptability to non-standard diameters and interfaces. Low Noise and Low Maintenance: PPH impellers feature high dynamic balancing precision, ensuring smooth operation and low noise; their smooth surface prevents dust accumulation, simplifying daily cleaning and reducing maintenance costs.
Insulation and Safety: PPH impellers are non-conductive and suitable for flammable and explosive gas environments; they can be paired with explosion-proof motors for enhanced safety.
