Gas Phase Separator

A gas phase separator is a chemical separation device that separates gas mixtures by utilizing the differences in vaporization properties of substances at different temperatures. The basic principle is to separate the gas mixture into different components by increasing or decreasing the temperature or pressure. The separation efficiency of a gas phase separator depends on factors such as the composition of the gas mixture, pressure, temperature, and the separator structure. Liquid nitrogen in a cryogenic liquid nitrogen container is transported to the gas phase separator through a vacuum-insulated pipeline, where gravity settling separates the gaseous and liquid nitrogen.
